Recorded over lockdown the album features 12 collaborations, which were for the most part recorded remotely during this hellish period of time. The result is Self Help Tapes Vol. 2, an album that reflects the ingenuity of artists and musicians when faced with stressful, difficult times and human separation.
From Kilkenny to California, and everywhere in between, this is Self-help-tapes-vol-2.
DeepInTheWoods66 are made up of musicians Tommy O' Sullivan: vocals, guitars, synth, percussion. Neil Kilkenny: bass, guitar, synth percussion, Rian Trench: synth and saxophone and Chris Con: drums, synth, vocals.
Rian Trench and Chris Con come from Solar Bears and Leo Drezden fame, plus long time collaborators Tommy O' Sullivan and Neil Kilkenny.
Our Aim
To produce indepenent records for emerging bands and release music and media we think sounds or looks good.
